I realize I’m probably the last person on the plant to make freezer jam. I’m not sure why I waited so long to do it. Hello! Can you say easy? I didn’t have quite enough strawberries, so I pulled some mixed berries out the freezer to thaw and add to what I had. I’ll be making bread later today. Can’t wait to have a slice with jam!

Looks yummy! I can just taste it on a fresh piece of home made bread. I'll be over....when the bread comes out of the oven.
