Speed Scrap...

Tonight at Gingerscraps there was a speed scrap. I used a picture of Ruth and I. We have a bond, that girl and I. It started when we were in California and has continued even though we are a few states away from each other.

I did cheat a little and used a photo that her mom had already edited.

I haven't scrapped for awhile... just haven't had any creative juices flowing. Here are a few I did today...

p.s. I didn't date the binky page because I am doing it over a year later. I mention the date in the journaling.

Photo Editing...

After reading several posts from the pioneer woman's blog today, I was inspired to try and do a little editing of some recent photos. I did the ones of the kids, found at your left, and the big chair using an action I found here. I thought they turned out pretty good. Then I used some of the tips from PW to tweak the other two. Enjoy!

Great Idea...

I just read about this here and thought it sounded like a great idea. I think I might get one and see what happens. I think everyone is always looking for ways that work. Maybe this will be it.

Progress Report...

It has been 4 weeks since my journey began and I am happy to report that I have lost 3 more pounds. That makes 8 pounds total! Yeah! I still have a long way to go, but things have been going well. I know I could be doing more in all areas, but am just trying to stay consistent.

p.s. The binky isn't gone...
